Join us for a poetry workshop on Poetry as Mindfulness Practice.
We'll read poems that help walk us into mindfulness and talk about the many ways that the reading (and writing) of poetry and be a way to center or reflect. . . can be a form of mindfulness.
Through listening, doodling, journaling, and writing, we'll explore what you like about the poems or how they speak to you.
This free poetry workshop will be held Saturday, June 15th from 3 to 5 p.m. at The Art Hunger/Viva Downtown located at 1504 Market St, Redding, CA 96001 in the conference room.
