The Redding Bagpipe Competition at the Old City Hall is a great event. I have competed on the bagpipes since 1979 and have usually stood in a cold field with few spectators. This is one of the few bagpipe competitions in the state that are indoors. The OCH is a great venue. The layout works well and the historic setting fits the event. Having a large audience adds a lot to the competition. Hope to see more folks there next year! Thanks!
