    The Shasta County Arts Council is inviting artists and artisans working in a variety of media to submit photos of their art for consideration for the Annual Holiday Fine Art & Craft Boutique to be held from November 29 through December 27, 2025 at Old City Hall. The show is part of Small Business Saturday and December First Friday Downtown.
