Nancy Hill
Nancy Hill retired after a distinguished thirty-five-year career in arts education with the Anderson Union High School District, where she taught choir, band, dance, theatre, and culinary arts. She has also taught technical theatre at Shasta College and served as Artistic Director of South Shasta County Youth Arts. She brings a strong vision for continuing SCAC’s tradition of service while guiding its growth as a leading arts council in Northern California.
Executive DirectorDaniel Hill
Daniel Hill serves as SCAC’s Facility Manager, supporting the organization’s public communications and the ongoing activation of the historic Old City Hall as a vibrant arts space. He holds a degree in Society and Environment from the University of California, Berkeley, and brings a multidisciplinary background in music, acting, videography, and digital editing. Through his creative and technical expertise, Daniel helps amplify the work of artists across Shasta County.
Facility ManagerJessica Jamerson
Jessica Jamerson is Shasta County born and raised. She holds a Bachelor of Arts in Communication from Southern Oregon University. As SCAC’s Digital Marketing and SCACtv Coordinator, she oversees all aspects of the organization’s online presence, including social media strategy, digital storytelling, and video content production.She strives to make SCAC welcoming, approachable, and visible ensuring that the arts remain an active and celebrated part of life in Shasta County.
Digital Marketing & Content CreatorMarta Hopkins
Marta Hopkins is a native Northern Californian, born and raised in the San Francisco Bay Area. She holds a BA in English Literature, and graduate degrees in English and Education. Marta has taught at various grade levels, including high school English and Home Economics. For the past two decades, Marta has been involved in costume design and construction for theatre, and pursues various forms of fibre art. She is currently working as the gallery coordinator and artist liaison for SCAC, and hopes to attract a variety of artists to this unique gallery space.

Amy Fish has a long history of involvement in the arts and the non-profit sector. She graduated from the University of Pittsburgh with a bachelors of the arts degree in Theatre Arts and has worked for a variety of non-profit organizations over the past 25 years. In her current position at the Arts Council, Amy works with our patrons and volunteers. She is also an active volunteer with a local non-profit community theatre company.

Emma Richardson is a local artist, musician, director, and actor. She graduated with her BFA in Theatre Performance from Southern Oregon University in 2023. Emma loves her hometown and loves the opportunity to help raise up the arts community in Redding, CA.
