Shasta Arts Council will be hosting a Celebration of the Life and Works of Ragan (Harold) Ragan.

Join us on First Friday as we open this very special gallery commemorating the life and works of our very special friend Ragan Ragan.

Celebration includes: display of a broad spectrum of Ragan Ragan's art, (some for sale) light food and refreshments, music provided by Native American flute player Randy McGinnis
