Old City Hall Facility Reservation Form

The facility reservation form must be completed at least 30 days prior to rental date. Upon SCAC approval of the event, a refundable security deposit of $350 must be submitted. The dates may be set and the contract may be signed at this time. The SCAC reserves the right to refuse rental of the facility.

Please Note: SCAC Members receive a 10 percent discount on the facility use fee (see the fee schedule on the facility information page). The discount does not apply to the security deposit, the technician, or equipment. The rental area includes the performance hall, 125 padded chairs, 3×6 tables (8 tables available), house lights, the Performance Hall, kitchen/ classroom, and courtyard (upon request – please note, there is no lighting in the courtyard).

  • Please be as accurate as possible.
  • A $350 security deposit fee is required for all events. The security deposit DOES NOT count toward the rental fee. We ask for the security deposit to be issued as a separate check, made out to "SCAC". This check is not deposited but will be retained and returned if the facility sustains no damage nor does it require additional cleaning following the event.

  • Your total estimated rental fee is the sum of Facility Rental Fee, Facility Manager Fee and any possible additional equipment or services that may apply.
  • The Facility Manager's Fee is $150.
