Redding Improv Players

Redding Improv Players started in 1998. We still have some of the founding members with us, Samantha Clark (myself), Russell Piette, Lisa Drafall, David Rutherford. Our group has been performing at old city hall for over 10 years, the third Saturday of every month (except December).

Our shows are 100% made up on the spot, we follow game formulas, and then plug in whatever the audience provides us as a setting, character, scenario.
Throughout the years we have done a number of benefit shows, including the Relay for Life, and most recently (this last November) we held our first toy drive show and donated toys to the Redding Rescue Mission to go to children in our community.  We plan on doing this again this year, it was a big success!
Our current members include: Myself, Russell Piette, Lisa Drafall, Dave Rutherford, Toni Rose, Cannon Knapp, Bryan Crum, Ablan Roblin, Sean Sampson, Kristine Sampson, Bil Woodford, Chris Gomez, Jeanette Kyle, Larry Solberg, Jonah Taylor, Joe Parks and Susan Daugherty.
