Old City Hall Facility Reservation Form

The facility reservation form must be completed and returned to the Shasta County Arts Council (the electronic form below is preferred). Upon SCAC approval of the event, a refundable security deposit of $350 must be submitted. We will waive the $25 nonrefundable processing fee if you utilize the online form below. The dates may be set and the contract may be signed at this time. The SCAC reserves the right to refuse rental of the facility.

Please Note: SCAC Members receive a 10 percent discount on the facility use fee (see the fee schedule on the facility information page). The discount does not apply to the security deposit, the technician, or equipment. The rental includes: up to 130 padded chairs, 3×6 tables (8 tables available), house lights, the Performance Hall, kitchen/ classroom, and courtyard.
