Old City Hall Facility Reservation Form

The Facility Reservation Form must be completed and returned to the Shasta County Arts Council Facility Manager. Upon SCAC approval a refundable Security Deposit of $250 must be submitted. We are waiving the $25 non-refundable processing fee if you utilize the online form below. Dates may be set and contract may be signed at this time. The SCAC reserves the right to refuse rental of the Facility.

Please Note: SCAC Members receive a 10% discount on the Facility Use Fee (see fee schedule on facility information page). The Discount does not apply to the security deposit, technician or equipment. Rental includes: chairs, 3x6 tables (9 tables available); house lights, Performance Hall, Green Room, Make-Up Room, Kitchen, Courtyard.

California Arts License Plate

Anyone who owns a car can get the Arts License Plate by ordering online from the Department of Motor Vehicles at www.dmv.ca.gov. Fees are $50 for a standard plate ($40 renewal) and $98 for a personalized plate ($78 renewal).
