ARTsMART 2011: Call to visual artists working in all mediums for the 3rd annual ARTsMART in the Mt. Shasta Mall. 10am - 9pm, Saturday November 5th. Perform, display, or play to an audience of 12,000 people.              Deadline:  10-20-2011. Applications are available now, online at ARTsMARTapplication2011 or by contacting Susan at susan@shastaartscouncil.org.

The Annual Holiday Fine Arts & Gifts Show  at Old City Hall                November 11-December 24.  SCAC is looking for one-of-a-kind, hand-crafted art to be part of this annual exhibition.  Open to SCAC members.  Jewelry, cards, boxes, books, ceramics, prints, paintings, glass, clothing, photography and more!  Deadline: Oct 20.  Applications available at SCAC Holiday Artist Contract.  Inventory cards available at Holiday artist inventory cards.

California Arts License Plate

Anyone who owns a car can get the Arts License Plate by ordering online from the Department of Motor Vehicles at www.dmv.ca.gov. Fees are $50 for a standard plate ($40 renewal) and $98 for a personalized plate ($78 renewal).
